Erica Huss is the founder of Phosphora, a certification standard advancing restorative hospitality through sleep-supportive design and evidence-based guest experiences.

With more than 20 years at the intersection of hospitality and wellness, Erica began her career with Morgans Hotel Group before co-founding Blueprint Cleanse, the pioneering brand in the cold-pressed juice movement. Since then, she has advised wellness brands, developed industry-leading experiences, and become a certified sleep coach with a focus on translating sleep science into practical hospitality strategies.

Today, Erica works with hotels, membership clubs, resorts, and short-term rentals to help them move beyond wellness as an amenity and toward restoration as a measurable guest outcome.
